Our cashless payment solutions meet the highest industry standards to ensure safety for all parties. Our certifications include EMVCo (level 1 and 2), CE, FCC, RoHS, Mastercard PayPass, Visa payWave, and PCI DSS.

How secure is Nayax’s system?

Nayax is PCI-DSS 3.2 certified and adheres to GDPR standards, ensuring the system’s security standards are to the highest standards. Additionally, to secure that your data is always available Nayax has system redundancy at 3 global sites, with replication data to ensure continuous safe operation.

How does Nayax prevent fraudulent purchases?

Nayax’s cashless payment solution includes an anti-fraud threshold that you can set to ensure maximum transaction safety.sure continuous safe operation.

CHARGES AND REFUNDS

Why is there a Nayax charge on my credit card bill?

Nayax is a payment provider for vending and other automated machines, and we clear cashless payment transactions for our operators. Any purchase made at a machine with a Nayax cashless payment device will appear on your credit card statement as a Nayax charge.

Why is there an additional charge on my credit card statement?

If your charge is more than the quoted price of the product on the machine, the operator might have added an extra service charge for credit card purchases. Any extra service charge should be advertised on the machine, typically on a sticker.

Does Nayax facilitate refunds? How do instant refunds work?

Yes, Nayax provides refunds, or vends can be done remotely via Nayax’s management system. With Nayax operators can issue automated, remote refunds sent to consumers via Nayax’s mobile app, Monyx Wallet.

Does Nayax handle chargebacks?

Nayax handles chargebacks for its operators, saving you the hassle of contacting the issuer.

Which types of cashless payments are accepted by Nayax devices?

Nayax accepts credit/debit cards – swipe, EMV and contactless; prepaid cards; mobile wallet payments like Apple Pay and Samsung Pay; and QR codes. Nayax works with a wide array of payment providers to ensure the dominant payment method in your area is provided for your consumers to use.

What does the processing fee cover?

Nayax’s processing fee is all-inclusive. It covers bank interaction, terminal fees, interchange fees, acquire processing fees, merchant account fees and chargebacks

Can I change my bank account for receiving payments?

Yes, you can change it. Please email finance@onayax.wpengine.com to find out how to do so.

I already have a payment system. Can I migrate my system to Nayax?

Yes, Nayax’s solutions are easy to migrate with their retrofittable plug and play installation.

Do you work in my country?

Which types of cashless payments do Nayax devices accept?

All Nayax devices accept credit/debit cards including swipe, contact, and contactless. There are also options for mobile wallets, NFC, and QR codes, depending on the card reader model you choose.

How do I know if my machine is compatible?

Nayax’s cashless payment solutions are compatible with almost all automated machine and standard protocols. Check out some of the machine manufacturers with whom we already work. We also work with all pulse machine and PC based machines with a special proprietary cable. Nayax works with different machine manufacturers around the globe including private small machine manufactures that build their machine on pulse / pc.

Do you support prepaid solutions for closed-loop systems?

Yes, Nayax’s card reader supports prepaid payments and can support both closed and open environments at the same time.

Does Nayax accept QR codes?

Yes, Nayax devices accept payments from QR codes via social wallets Bluecode, Alipay and WeChatPay.

Do you have a combo bezel for the bill validator?

Yes, the VPOS Fusion offers a cashless card reader with a bill validator.

Among Nayax’s trackable features you can follow different cashless transactions, machine connectivity, and even cash sales. You can also receive a sales summary in your email daily, at a time of your choice.

Does the telemetry system work with different protocols?

Yes, Nayax’s telemetry is compatible with MDB, Pulse, VCCS, or ccTalk protocols, as well as DEX, DDCMP, and Rs232 Interface.

What communication connections does Nayax’s telemetry system use?

Nayax’s telemetry system communicates via GSM, GPRS, CDMA, ethernet or Wi-Fi.

How does Nayax ensure continuous connection?

The connection Nayax telemetry devices is continuously maintained due to their ability to switch between communication types (GSM, GPRS, CDMA, ethernet or Wi-Fi), depending on which has a stronger connection.

Can you monitor my machines’ cash transactions?

Yes, Nayax’s telemetry system can also track cash sales, helping you with cash accountability.

Does the wireless telemetry system allow remote updates?

Yes, product price updates, product name changes, new device versions and other updates are all updated remotely.

We already have our own backend management system. Can the data be forwarded to our existing platform?

Yes, in addition to Nayax’s Management Suite, our telemetry solution can send data to a third party.

What different features can I track with Nayax’s Management Suite?

Use our management platform to view your machine operation in real time. You can oversee transactions and monitor the keep alive sign and other machine and device attributes such as cash level, last vend, temperature and inventory level. Set up alerts to inform you of adverse machine events when you are away from your computer. Additionally, you can use the system to manage prepaid solutions, for pre-kitting, and to receive customized sales reports. You can also use the system to set up a customized hierarchy based on your individual operational needs and manage loyalty programs and consumer engagement campaigns.

How customizable is the alert system?

Featuring adjustable thresholds, the alert system will work for your operation’s needs. With many different alerts including power up/down, temperature changes, low inventory status, and product jams, Nayax’s alert system ensures that you can attend to adverse events in real time.

Can I track my machines while I’m away from the computer? How can I track my inventory on the road?

Yes, Nayax’s management features a mobile management app, MoMa. This app allows you to monitor machine activity wherever you are and assists your drivers to restock machines more efficiently when they are on the road.

What languages does the system support? In which languages can I receive support from Nayax?

Our management system supports over 20 languages. Nayax can also offer local language support through our network of worldwide offices and local distributors.

Can I customize the sales reports?

Yes, you can design your own reports, choosing the fields and filters you prefer to see and change them as many times as you want.

We already use a back-office system. Can we integrate our system with Nayax’s Management Suite?

Yes, we can do VDI integration with third party back office systems.

What tracking features are available for pulse machines?

We can track your cashless sales and send alerts of any adverse events happening to your machines. You can also track cash payments, set up a hierarchy of machines based on your operational needs as well as manage and monitor machine and device attributes remotely.

Can you monitor temperature?

Yes, we work with temperature probes to track any changes and will send you an alert according to the thresholds you choose.

There’s a feature I need that Nayax doesn’t offer. Can you help?

Nayax is a development driven company. We are constantly developing new tools and features and listen to our customers’ needs to develop the features you want.

How can I take advantage of Nayax’s marketing tools?

Use Nayax’s management system to engage with your consumers more directly, nurture loyalty and increase your sales. Built-in promotions like loyalty discounts, coupons and happy hours are easy to customize for your consumer market and can be used to encourage repeat business.    

How can the VPOS Touch be used for advertising?

When the VPOS Touch’s color screen is in idle mode it can be used to promote any specials you have running or advertise specific products.

How does Monyx Wallet offer more sales opportunities?

Monyx Wallet, Nayax’s own mobile wallet app, can be used in prepaid environments to incentivize consumers to purchase items more regularly. This can be done when you offer free items with virtual coupon cards. You can also customize top-up sites for revaluing prepaid cards to encourage more sales.
